How to choose industrial warehouse pallet racking
Selective pallet racking is the most commonly used type of racking. Each layer can carry more than 500kg and can be as high as 4000kg. High density pallet racks have good picking efficiency and are generally used for storing and storing heavy items. However, it is generally recommended to store 2-3 pallets per layer. If a single pallet weighs more than 1000kg, we recommend only 2 pallets on one layer. If it is a European pallet, and the weight of a single pallet is less than 500KG, it is recommended to store three pallets in one layer.

No need for steel panel
Under normal circumstances, pallet racks do not need steel shelf, only need to install span beams on the cross beams, and each pallet position is generally installed with two, which can save costs to a degree.
The number of layers can be customized
The number of layers of pallet racks can be determined according to conditions such as the height of the warehouse and the height of each pallet space. The bottom layer can be used without beams, and the tray can be placed directly on the ground.
High carrying capacity
The pallet rack has a large span and high load capacity. The span is mainly determined by the size of the pallet. Generally, two conventional pallets can be placed on a shelf. If the single pallet load is extremely large, only a single pallet can be placed on each layer.
