Steel Galvanized Pallet Project

In October, client Mr Poo from Thailand contacted us to ask for more details about steel pallets for sale.

They are a carton manufacturer and want to replace the wooden pallet with steel galvanized pallet, because galvanized steel pallets have advantages of longer lifespan, more stable, Insect-resistant, free of fire, humidity and spoiling. And the Steel pallet will be used on the rollers. 

When we got the drawing from client, we made a sample very soon.

But after tested, they found it difficult to move the pallet through the roller manually after loading the goods. And the pallet will be stuck in the roller gap.

Based on that problem, our technical suggest to make a little different: Replacing the steel sheet with a square tube. In that way, we solved the problem with lower the price. And Mr Poo decided to come visit our factory and hope to get further cooperation between us.

One week after, Mr Poo placed us the trial order 100pcs, after Chinese New Year, they will place another 500pcs as the first bulk order. Few days ago, we just finished the loading work.
