The arrangement of the cargo or shelves forms a 60°, 45° or 30° angle with the side wall or main aisle of the warehouse. It includes shelf inclined layout and aisle inclined layout.

It is a variation of the horizontal layout, which is adopted to facilitate forklift operation, reduce turning angles, and improve operational efficiency.

Aisle inclined layout

The aisles of the warehouse are slanted through the storage area, dividing the warehouse into areas with different operating characteristics, such as areas with large and small storage quantities, to facilitate comprehensive utilization.
