In the middle of August 2019, friends from south Asian countries found us through our website, after telephone communication, they decided to visit and interview our company.

During the visit, our sales person introduced our logistic rack, product details, production equipments, production process and process flow to the customer. In this process, the customer recognized our product quality and production experience.

At the meeting, we discussed the details of the project of three floors mezzanine with racking shelf integration solution,the trade terms, the way of cooperation, the pre-sales and after-sales service procedures and so on.

According to the actual situation of the company, Maobang engineers designed customized solutions for heavy duty industrial shelving racks:

1. Measure the size of the warehouse, observe the entrance and exit and the passage of personnel and vehicles, and think that the heavy duty crossbeam shelf is the most suitable type of shelf.

2. Based on the size of the goods and the pallet, we calculate the shelf size accurately (pallet size: 1200mm*1000mm, of which 1200 is the direction of the fork; Height of goods: 1100mm, 6 layers need to be planned, that is, 6 layers of beams and 7 layers of goods. The depth direction of the pallet is 1000. In the design, we usually reduce 100, so as to facilitate the normal placement of goods on the shelf;)

In the following month, we discussed and revised the warehouse racking solutions for many times, and finally confirmed the whole project and placed the order in early October. The whole project is about 250,000 dollars. And one part of the deposit was paid within 3 days.
